TOPIC A - Illegal Use of Amphetamines by College Students
Across college campuses, the non-prescribed use of amphetamines—such as Adderall and Ritalin—has become alarmingly common. Often used as "study drugs," these substances are misused to enhance focus and performance under academic pressure. This trend raises serious ethical, legal, and health concerns, including dependency, mental health deterioration, and the normalization of pharmaceutical misuse.

TOPIC B - Counterfeit Medicine in Southeast Asia
The circulation of counterfeit pharmaceuticals in Southeast Asia poses a serious public health risk. Fake or substandard drugs—often antibiotics, antimalarials, and vaccines—undermine treatment, fuel resistance, and endanger lives. Lax regulatory oversight, cross-border smuggling, and online sales complicate enforcement, requiring regional cooperation and stronger consumer awareness initiatives.
